The application process had originally begun on January 3, 2026, and was scheduled to close on January 30, 2026. The last date for fee payment was January 31, 2026 (11:50 pm). Following multiple requests from candidates, the deadline was extended until February 4, 2026, with fee payment allowed until February 7, 2026. After receiving further representations from students across the country, authorities announced a special one-time reopening of the portal.

One-Time Opportunity: No Correction Window

According to the official notification dated February 23, 2026, this reopening is strictly a one-time measure. Importantly, no correction facility will be provided after the final submission of the application form.

About Common University Entrance Test (CUET-UG)
